Happy 50!
HAPPY 50! is a course that is specially designed for adults 50 years and above. The course is developed to motivate our seniors to adopt a positive outlook on ageing, recognise their own capabilities and abilities and help build a society that sees older person as community’s resources.
By the end of the course, our seniors will understand that The Third Age is a time of growth, self-fulfilment and new possibilities. Our seniors will also learn to see and appreciate their strengths and learn to use them to benefit the community.
The 50 hour course comprises 9 classes, weekly assignments, required readings and a community project work.

Admission Requirements
Singaporean Citizens/Permanent Residents aged 50 years old or above
Course Fee
The fee for 9 sessions is $50, which includes a YAH! Polo T-Shirt.
Participants will need to fulfill at least 80% of attendance (7 out of 9 sessions) in order to graduate and receive a Certificate of Achievement at the end of the course.

Through this course, I found myself and understood myself better. Like what our principal said, ”Ageing is not the end.” Don’t coop yourself in the house all day. Today, I have made the choice joining YAH!. It is a self-breakthrough and helps me to become a part of the community by learning about communication, acceptance and doing what we like.
I learned to attend online classes and learned to use Zoom. I am really grateful for the staff’s tireless guidance. This experience had given me satisfaction and fulfillment.
