Through this course, I found myself and understood myself better. Like what our principal said, ”Ageing is not the end.” Don’t coop yourself in the house all day. Today, I have made the choice joining YAH!. It is a self-breakthrough and helps me to become a part of the community by learning about communication, acceptance and doing what we like.

I learned to attend online classes and learned to use Zoom. I am really grateful for the staff’s tireless guidance. This experience had given me satisfaction and fulfillment.
